Dear Team, I hope all is well. I am trying to track this item. LK06589****UA I tried to use your website but couldn't trace it. I was wondering if you could help. It was supposed to be delivered between the 31st of Jan and 10th of Feb. The tracking has not been updated since the 28th of January. I have attached the screen shot for reference. I was told by the seller this would be delivered by the 8th of Feb and was also assured by your postal service. And now I'm concerned. I would really appreciate your help. Best Regards, Mahira

Tracking number: RD06773****UA I had a package addressed to my office so it would be delivered during the day when the receptionist was here at the front desk during normal business hours, 8am-5pm. Tracking said it was "delivered left with individual" at 8:47PM EST. Individual?! Who? What is the description of the "individual?" Plus, there is no one here at 8:47 at night. Office closes at 5:00 PM. We own and occupy the entire building and no one has seen the package. I would like to know: 1. Who this "individual" is; name and description. 2. Why would Ukrposhta deliver to an obvious place of business at 8:47 at night? Why not just deliver it the next day during business hours to the receptionist instead of a mysterious "individual." 3. How I am going to be compensated for this loss.

Hello....My name is Antonis Roumeliotis and i send this Box ....from Greece at 25/10/2019 at 10:35 am the morning with this box barcode number CP36122****GR And that same day the afternoon was in the Greek in Athens city the international Airport (if you saw the icons i send) Can you tell me please where is my Box now ,becouse past all these days and is not there yet in Ukraine ....! Cam you tell me what is happening? And where is exactly now? And what can be in the destination Post in Marganets city,pleas ? Its greek traditional staffs inside and vitamins and oil and creams and chocolate for a Child! Can you help me to see what is going on with this box? thank you !

The last update states “Shipment on route UKRAINE, LYIV MMPO 19 September 2:17 am.” However, it appears it hasn’t even been clear of customs when the 2nd to last update states it has indeed been cleared. There was no notice left. I need to pick this up or tell them the door code to my address so they can get in. Notice Left (No Authorized Recipient Available), We attempted to deliver your item at 2:45 pm on September 3, 2019 in NEW YORK, NY 10009 and a notice was left because an authorized recipient was not available.

Every time I have problems with my delivery. Every time I sent the package via UKRPOSHTA and EVERY TIME it gets lost. The package stays in Kiev airport for weeks. Then the investigation starts and after 2-3 months I have the package delivered. Why it is always like that? Why in the 21 century, with all the available technologies we still have such problems? Who is responsible for this kind of work, when you can just loose a package and blame another country services every single time?

Всем, кто устал от притворных улыбок и вежливости в сфере обслуживания и кто хочет испытать искренное презрение к себе- сюда. Как только ты пересекаешь порог сего храма доставки, бодрое настроение на весь день обеспечено. Являясь довольно частым посетителем отделения №162 уже 5 лет, поражает как у операторов хватает запала каждый раз орать благим матом по любому поводу. Организация отвратительная: уведомления о доставке не приходят, а когда звонишь по этому поводу, слышишь искренное недоумение типа "а ты чё сама не можешь позвонить и узнать?".Открывается, когда персоналу взбредет в голову, хотя на вратах написано, что отделение начинает работу в 8:30. Вообщем, всем, кто соскучился по "совковой" ласке, милости прошу посетить.
